Inspector-Certified Grades

Every listing carries an A, B, or C structural grade per Tradeyard's published grading standard. Grade A includes optional 50-year load warranty. No more vague "good condition" listings that fail the first inspection.

Seller Reputation Scores

Sellers build reputation over every verified transaction. Accurate grades earn points; disputed misrepresentation costs ten. Sellers above 90 earn Verified Supplier status — visible on every listing.

From contractors who've used Tradeyard

Built for people who get it in writing.

“First time I've bought reclaimed lumber that actually showed up as described. The Grade A heart pine beams matched the listing exactly — my inspector didn't flag a single piece. That used to be a coin flip.”

“Our insurance carrier started asking about material sourcing after the new embodied carbon documentation requirements. Tradeyard's transaction records gave us exactly what they needed. Saved two days of back-and-forth.”

“I source materials for 6–8 renovations a year. Finding quality reclaimed steel used to take 4–5 hours of calls. Now I check Tradeyard first. The seller rep scores tell you everything before you pick up the phone.”
